We're always told the benefits of 'eating our greens' and this smoothie bowl makes it so easy and delicious to get in an extra serve of leafy greens with breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 2 tablespoon avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder (sugar free) 28 By Sam Wood
  • 1/2 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Place 3/4 of the banana, 1/2 kiwi fruit, avocado, spinach, protein powder and peanut butter with almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth (add water if necessary).
  • Pour mixture into a bowl and top with chia seeds and remaining banana and kiwi.
