- 1 lime sliced
- 8 mint leaves
- 5 drops liquid stevia optional
- 30 ml white rum
- 1 cup soda water
- In a glass, add the lime wedges, mint leaves and liquid stevia. Muddle the ingredients to bring out the lime juice and flavours.
- Add the ice to the glass, followed by the white rum.
- Fill the remainder of the glass with soda water to serve.
