A guide to enjoying the silly season without weight gain

With the silly season well and truly in full swing and as the founder of Australia’s #1 online fitness and nutrition program, I’m often asked if it’s possible to stay in shape over Christmas. The good news is: yes! You can stay in shape and you don’t even have to sacrifice your Christmas pudding; you CAN have your cake and eat it too over the Christmas season.

The average Australian gains at least 2kgs over Christmas – but this doesn’t have to be you this year!

Most people think those extra festive kilos are easy to lose once Christmas is over. The unfortunate truth is that most people never lose their extra Christmas weight, and this can be a reason why a lot of people find their weight creeps up a little more every year.

The best way to avoid weight gain this Christmas is to stay healthy over the silly season. It’s no easy feat, but it is possible. You just need to follow my silly season survival guide!
