Ingredients

cup
rolled oats
or quinoa flakes
1
orange
juice and zest
1/2
cup
Greek yoghurt
1
tablespoon
almonds
roughly chopped
1/2
teaspoon
raw honey
Instructions
Combine the oats, orange juice and zest and greek yoghurt in a bowl or glass jar. Leave in the fridge, covered to soak overnight or for 1 hour.
Take out of the fridge in the morning and top with chopped almonds and a drizzle of honey to serve.
