Orange & Almond Bircher
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or quinoa flakes
- 1 orange juice and zest
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon almonds roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey
- Combine the oats, orange juice and zest and greek yoghurt in a bowl or glass jar. Leave in the fridge, covered to soak overnight or for 1 hour.
- Take out of the fridge in the morning and top with chopped almonds and a drizzle of honey to serve.
