Orange & Almond Bircher

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or quinoa flakes
  • 1 orange juice and zest
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon almonds roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions
 

  • Combine the oats, orange juice and zest and greek yoghurt in a bowl or glass jar. Leave in the fridge, covered to soak overnight or for 1 hour.
  • Take out of the fridge in the morning and top with chopped almonds and a drizzle of honey to serve.
