
Crispy Chicken Burger
A quick and nutritious meal for lunch or dinner. A good hit of protein and carbs to help keep you powering along with your active life.

Method
- Preheat the oven or air fryer to 200°C and line a baking tray.
- Mix all the spices together in a bowl. Coat the chicken in half the spice mix and set remainder aside.
- Whisk the egg in a shallow dish and place the crushed cornflakes in another. Add the remaining spice mix to the cornflakes, mix well.
- Dip the seasoned chicken into the egg then toss in the cornflakes. Place onto a lined baking tray or air fryer basket. Optional to lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients (mayonaise, lemon juice and sriracha) together in a bowl and spread over the burger buns (optional to warm/toast). Assemble the burgers with the lettuce, crumbed chicken and enjoy!
