Avo, Pear & Feta on Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice sourdough bread or gluten free bread
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1/2 pear sliced
  • 20 g Dodoni feta cheese

Method
 

  1. Toast the slice of sourdough to your liking.
  2. When toast is ready, spread with avocado and top with the sliced pear and feta. Serve.
