This challenge gave me a love for sunrises, my love for running again, and most importantly a whole lot of love for myself. I learnt the power of forgiveness and the power of consistently showing up for myself. I’m not done, I’m just getting started.
Choosing winners can be a really hard decision because this is not a weight loss challenge – it is a mind and body transformation challenge.
