Ingredients
  

  • 1 lime sliced
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 5 drops liquid stevia optional
  • 30 ml white rum
  • 1 cup soda water

Method
 

  1. In a glass, add the lime wedges, mint leaves and liquid stevia. Muddle the ingredients to bring out the lime juice and flavours.
  2. Add the ice to the glass, followed by the white rum.
  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with soda water to serve.
