Choc PB Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup medjool dates pitted
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and combine until crumbled and sticky.
- Taking one tablespoon at a time, roll the mixture into balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
