  • 1 cup medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and combine until crumbled and sticky.
  • Taking one tablespoon at a time, roll the mixture into balls.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
