Green Smoothie Bowl
We're always told the benefits of 'eating our greens' and this smoothie bowl makes it so easy and delicious to get in an extra serve of leafy greens with breakfast!
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 2 tablespoon avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder (sugar free) 28 By Sam Wood
- 1/2 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Place 3/4 of the banana, 1/2 kiwi fruit, avocado, spinach, protein powder and peanut butter with almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth (add water if necessary).
- Pour mixture into a bowl and top with chia seeds and remaining banana and kiwi.
