  • 1 lime sliced
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 5 drops liquid stevia optional
  • 30 ml white rum
  • 1 cup soda water


  • In a glass, add the lime wedges, mint leaves and liquid stevia. Muddle the ingredients to bring out the lime juice and flavours.
  • Add the ice to the glass, followed by the white rum.
  • Fill the remainder of the glass with soda water to serve.
