  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 20 ml gin
  • 1 tsp grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 drops liquid stevia optional

To Garnish:

  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • grapefruit rind twist


  • Place the ice cubes in a glass.
  • Add the soda water, gin, grapefruit juice and liquid stevia and stir to combine.
  • Serve with a sprig of rosemary and some grapefruit rind.
