Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 coffee shot
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats or quinoa flakes for gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend for about a minute.
