- 1.5 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 coffee shot
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats or quinoa flakes for gluten free
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend for about a minute.
