  • 25 grams goat's cheese
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1/4 cup(s) green peas (frozen) frozen & defrosted, or fresh
  • 1.5 tablespoon(s) mint finely chopped
  • 1/4 lemon(s) squeezed
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Roughly mash goat's cheese, avocado, peas and mint together. Season well.
  2. Toast bread and top with mash and a squeeze of lemon.
