Terms & Conditions – 28 by Sam Wood Transformation Competition
Contents
Competition Period:
The Competition will operate across the following challenge periods (“Transformation Periods”):
- Challenge 1: Monday 1st December 2025 – Sunday 25th January 2026
- Challenge 2: Monday 8th December 2025 – Sunday 1st February 2026
- Challenge 3: Monday 15th December 2025 – Sunday 8th February 2026
- Challenge 4: Monday 22nd December 2025 – Sunday 15th February 2026
- Challenge 5: Monday 29th December 2025 – Sunday 22nd February 2026
Eligibility:
Individuals wishing to participate in the Competition (“Competitors”) must:
- Be financial members of the Online Exercise & Nutrition Program (“the Program”) provided by 28 throughout the entire duration of their chosen Transformation Period.
- Sign up no later than midnight on the start date of their chosen Transformation Period.
Competition Prize:
- Most Inspiring Transformation – $10,000 cash
One Competitor will be awarded the prize for achieving the Most Inspiring Transformation across the eligible Transformation Periods.
Entry Requirements:
To be eligible for the prize, Competitors must:
- Pre-Transformation Photo: Upload a photo of themselves in their Competition application, prior to the commencement of their chosen Transformation Period. This photo must accurately represent the Competitor on the date uploaded.
- Post-Transformation Photo: Upload a second photograph to their Competition profile at http://28bysamwood.com no later than 48 hours after the completion of their Transformation Period. This photo must accurately represent the Competitor on the date uploaded.
- 28-Word Sentence: Submit a sentence (no more than 28 words) at the end of their Transformation Period about their transformation journey to be eligible for the “Most Inspiring Transformation” category.
Judging:
After the close of the final Transformation Period (Sunday 22nd February 2026), Sam Wood and his representatives will judge the Competitors’ Transformation Photos (where provided), sentences, and participation to determine which Competitor has achieved the Most Inspiring Transformation.
Winner Announcement:
The winner of the $10,000 cash prize will be announced by Sunday 1st March 2026.

A Home Gym: The prize is a home gym package valued at $5,000. The exact components of the home gym package will be determined by the Promoter at its discretion. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the specified items are unavailable.

Post-Transformation Photo: Competitors must upload a second photograph to their Competition profile at http://28bysamwood.com between Saturday 27th September & midnight Tuesday 30th September 2025. This photo must accurately represent the physical representation of the Competitor on the date the photograph is uploaded.
28-Word Sentence: Competitors must also submit a sentence (no more than 28 words) at the end of the Transformation Period about their transformation journey to be eligible for the “Most Inspiring Transformation” category.
Competition judging: After the close of the Transformation Period, Sam Wood and his representatives will judge the Competitors’ Transformation Photos (where provided), sentences and participation to determine which Competitors have achieved the Most Inspiring Transformation.
Transformation to award the Competition Prizes. The winner of the Competition will be announced before Sunday 2nd November 2025.

Sam Wood’s 8 Week July 28 Challenge Competition (“the Competition”) run by Australian Life Tech Pty Ltd (“28”) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The Competition will operate between Monday 28th July and Sunday 21st September 2025 (“Transformation Period”)
Individuals wishing to participate in the Competition (“Competitors”) must be financial members of the Online Exercise & Nutrition Program (“the Program”) provided by 28 throughout the entire duration of the Transformation Period, signing up no later than midnight on the Monday 28th July, 2025.
Competition Prize: The Competition Prize consists of the following:
Most Inspiring Transformation – $5,000
Competitors must comply with the Program policies and criteria as well as the following criteria to be eligible to win the Competition prize:
