Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices sourdough bread or gluten free bread
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 3 teaspoons pepitas pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread to your preferences.
  2. Spread half the almond butter onto each slice of toast.
  3. Next, top with half of the banana on each.
  4. Sprinkle with pepitas and cinnamon.
