  • 1 red apple
  • 1 tablespoon Mayver's smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tsp desiccated coconut
  • 20g 85% dark chocolate grated


  • Slice apple into thin nacho wedges
  • Melt down peanut butter in microwave for 20 seconds or until becomes runny
  • Drizzle peanut butter over the apple nachos
  • Grate chocolate
  • Sprinkle coconut and chocolate over apples
