Choc Peanut Butter Mudshake
A paleo-friendly peanut butter chocolate shake that is sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free.
- 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter smooth
- 1/3 avocado
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia granular sweetener
- Place all ingredients in a blender, preferably a high-powered one, and blitz. If required, add water until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
