Halloumi Burger

  • 60 g halloumi cut into thick slices
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/3 avocado mashed
  • 1/2 cup rocket leaves
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage finely shredded
  • 1/4 carrot grated
  • 1/2 to mato sliced


  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the halloumi slices and fry on each side for 3 minutes, until golden.
  • Spread the avocado on one slice of sourdough and top with rocket, cabbage, carrot, tomato and halloumi.
  • Top with the remaining sourdough slice and cut in half to serve.
