You can try this brain boosting breakfast as just one of the many ways to get the benefits of peanut butter in.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats (or quinoa flakes)
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon cacao powder
  • cup coconut milk
  • teaspoon greek yoghurt
  • ½ tablespoon Mayver's Peanut Butter (crunchy)
  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
 

  • Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, cacao powder, coconut milk and Greek yoghurt in a bowl. Leave to soak overnight, or for a minimum of an hour. If required, add a splash more coconut milk.
  • When ready to serve, stir through the peanut butter and top with the strawberries.
