  • 2 slices sourdough bread or gluten free bread
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 3 teaspoons pepitas pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • Toast the bread to your preferences.
  • Spread half the almond butter onto each slice of toast.
  • Next, top with half of the banana on each.
  • Sprinkle with pepitas and cinnamon.
