Port douglas challenge

In our 2nd ever 8 Week Challenge, thousands of 28ers took the chance to win a family holiday to Port Douglas. Beginning post Easter, a time where we traditionally over indulge in delicious chocolate treats, the challenge served as the perfect motivation to stay healthy as we come into the colder months of winter in Australia.

Whenever we hear the word “transformation” more likely than not, most of us think of physical transformations. However, if you ask anyone who has spent any amount of time on a journey to better health will be able to tell you that the transformation goes well beyond the size of your jeans. As I always say to my 28ers, get your head in the right place and your body will follow. When we focus on our health, we have more energy, we feel more confident, we are stronger, we sleep better and often then we are happier.  The beautiful stories that were shared of people who experienced these benefits reminds me of why I love what I do, and I wake up with a big smile on my face knowing that helping people live their best lives is the best job ever.

Choosing the winner and runners up was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. My team and I spent hours going through all the amazing photos and stories, feeling so proud to have the best jobs in the world. A big congratulations to our winner Jacinta Weatherly
