Almond Honey Joys
Nutritionist Shahna Sarpi brings you a nourishing version of classic honey joys.
- 2 cups almonds flaked
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- Melt the coconut oil in a small pot on the stove and stir through the honey.
- Add the flaked almonds to a mixing bowl and pour over the coconut oil and honey.
- Spread the mixture between 10 muffin patties and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the coconut oil solidifies.
