This one is one of my 28ers favourite ways to start the day. Try it once and it's sure to be your favourite too!
Prep Time: 5 mins


  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 medjool date pitted
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 tablespoon tahini
  • 1.5 tablespoon almonds raw and unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 4 ice cube


  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
