Goat’s Cheese Bruschetta
- 2 slices sourdough bread or gluten free bread
- 1 to mato chopped into small cubes
- 1/2 avocado chopped into cubes
- 20 g hard goat’s cheese crumbled
- salt & pepper to taste
- Toast the sourdough bread until golden.
- In a small bowl, combine the tomato, avocado and goat’s cheese.
- Divide the mixture between the toast slices and season with salt and pepper to serve.
