  • 2 slices sourdough bread or gluten free bread
  • 1 to mato chopped into small cubes
  • 1/2 avocado chopped into cubes
  • 20 g hard goat’s cheese crumbled
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Toast the sourdough bread until golden.
  • In a small bowl, combine the tomato, avocado and goat’s cheese.
  • Divide the mixture between the toast slices and season with salt and pepper to serve.
